Nobody can question that the score to 'Jurassic Park' is one of the most beloved and iconic of John Williams' career. The unforgettable 'Jurassic Park Theme' can be heard in this snapshot to which Williams himself stated that it was an attempt "to capture the awesome beauty and sublimity of the dinosaurs in nature." There is no question that he succeeded absolutely here, especially the first time you see the creatures in full scope.
Frankly, nothing compares to seeing this film in the theater with Williams' score creating such an unforgettable, life-changing experience. What more needs to be said? The film still holds up nearly perfectly after nearly 30 years.
Well, there it is.
