We absolutely love John Krasinski's follow up to 2018's 'A Quiet Place', featuring score by the great Marco Beltrami. Krasinski was brilliant in his use of sound design, and combining that with Marco's wonderful score is a really special experience.
This scene in particular is at the beginning of the film, where the Abbott family decide to leave their farm in search for a better place. What does the music make you think of? It reminds us of a race against time - almost a clock with an audible second hand and its continuous movement. If you haven't had the chance to see either film, do so! You won't regret it.

Nothing compares to 'The Dark Knight'. The epic performances, 70mm film sequences, practical effects, and the incredible score is just a small portion of what makes it a nearly perfect film. Scored by Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard, this snapshot is at the end of the movie, when Gordon tells...

Ep. 99 - John Williams' 'E.T.'
What can be said about the genius of this score? It was the fourth in history to accomplish the feat or winning the Academy Award, Golden Globe, Grammy, and BAFTA (the previous two, 'Star Wars' and 'Jaws', were also composed by Williams, who remains the only person to have won all awards for the ...
