Drama, Romance, Music, 30-Nov-2020
Enjoy this fun cue by Thomas Newman from Jon Avnet's 1996 romantic drama, 'Up Close and Personal'. There's something about this cue that has always resonated with us - it's mainly because of its wide emotional range. Thomas Newman is able to create emotional resonance in each character moment, and he does that so well here. It starts off slow, but then immediately switches to a full salsa number, then back to a very poignant solo piano motif when Tally Atwater (Michelle Pfeiffer) has a second of self-doubt prior to starting a new job. Enjoy this one!
